Terms of Service
Please read these terms thoroughly. They act as a contract agreement between me and anyone commissioning me. Violation of these terms can result in being blacklisted from commissioning me again or legal action being taken.
Important information
Characters I'm being commissioned to draw must have a viable reference in the form of a character sheet or 1-3 clear images of the character. Otherwise, a %20 fee will be applied to the final price.I will not imitate the style of other artists when I am commissioned. I sell work in my style.I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason.With anthro characters, I prefer to draw less popular species. This includes reptiles, birds, dinosaurs, sea creatures, and more. This does not mean I will not draw more common species.The prices provided are for personal work only. Commercial work must be discussed with me personally, and I must be informed and talked to if personal work later ends up involved in merchandise.By paying personal prices, you do not have the right to use the work commercially without consulting me. A DMCA remove request will be filed on any merchandise using my work without my permission.Any work I create cannot be minted as an NFT or otherwise used in cryptocurrency. This would be a violation of terms where I will result to legal action being taken.

- Fantasy races
- Gore
- Artistic nudity
- NSFW (ID must me shown)
- OCs based on
copyrighted material
WON'T DRAW:
- Personal characters not belonging to the buyer (unless permission is given from the character owner)
- Specific characters from copyrighted material
- Primates (Excluding lemurs and humans)
Payment and Prices
- Invoices are emailed via Stripe or PayPal
- Stripe is preferred
- At least 50% must be paid before work on the piece can start
- Tips are appreciated!
Revision and Complexity Fees

3 Free Sketch Revisions
>4 Sketch Revisions: $5/each
Post-Sketch Revisions: $10/each
Complexity Fees
>3 Pairs of Limbs: $15/character
>2 Pairs of Horns: $5/character
Complex Markings:
$15/character
Post-Sketch revision fees only apply if the issue is not an issue on my end (ie. a new accessory or effect not mentioned during sketching)
Completion Times and Refunds
Completion Times
Commissions are typically completed within 1-2 weeks but can take 3 weeks to 2 months depending on complexity and the length of my queue.This may vary depending on the time of year or something I have going on at the timeWIPs and updates will be sent regularly whether or not progress is made.
Refunds and Cancellations
Full refunds are permitted before I begin working on the piece and before I finish the sketch.Partial refunds are allowed after the sketch is complete if the buyer paid 100% upfrontWith few exceptions, a cancellation fee of $20 must be paid if not 100% was paid upfront and the buyer cancels their commission.
